Our retreats are primarily for those who have completed an eight-week mindfulness-based course such as MBSR or MBCT. Other meditation experience may be sufficient to attend, but it may be advisable to check with us first. Many of our retreats are focused on those who already teach mindfulness, and all our five day or longer retreats are designed to fulfil the retreat requirements to be listed on the UK Listing of Mindfulness-based Teachers.
Retreats can be quite intensive, and we do not advise attending a retreat if you are suffering from certain conditions or have had a traumatic event. Please read our guide to ensure that you are not putting yourself at undue risk of having a negative reaction.
