Online Practice and Retreat Information Session

This online open session is an opportunity to simply log on and connect with our Retreat Lead, Bridgette O’Neill.

We will begin with a short mindfulness practice and then if you wanted to stay on, you can find out more information about any aspects of our retreats.

There will be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have including about, venues, the form of particular retreats, how our different retreats fit with good practice guidelines and anything else you’re curious about.

If you would like to join in for the online mindfulness lunchtime practice only, you are also most welcome. 

This session is hosted via zoom. It is very easy to set up an account if you do not already have one, please use the following link to register https://zoom.us/. It is advisable to do this prior to the start of the session.

We will send a zoom link to you before the session.  To join, simply click on the link about 5 mins before the session starts


Who is the session for?

This online session is open to anyone who would like to join a practice session and anyone who would like to find out more about any aspect of our retreats.


Requirements to attend: 

All are welcome and no experience is required.


Timings:

Please arrive online a few minutes before 12.30pm (Monday 1st April), so that the session can start promptly. The session will end at 1.30pm.


Location:

The workshop will be held via zoom. 


Fee:

This session is being offered free of charge.
