Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment policy:

Once your application is approved, you will be invoiced for the amount due. If the application is more than 4 months in advance of the retreat start date, then you will be asked for a deposit, of which £100 is non-refundable. If you chose on your application form to pay the full amount up front, then we will invoice you for that amount. If your application is within 4 months then you will be invoiced for the full amount for the retreat. If you have paid a deposit, 4 months before the retreat date you will be invoiced for the balance which must be paid within 30 days.

Once an invoice has been raised, the course place is dependent on prompt payment. If our invoice is not paid on time, the course place will be released for other participants on the waiting list. This process reduces last minute cancellations, ensures that invoices are not raised then left unpaid and that all course places are allocated. So that you do not lose your place due to financial issues, we advise that if your employer is paying you communicate with them to make payment within the timeframe detailed on the invoice.

Responsibility for payment remains with the course attendee.

Cancellation policy:

You may withdraw your application up to three months prior to the retreat commencement date at which point you will be offered a refund, minus a £100 administration fee. Alternatively you may wish to credit the amount you have paid, less a £100 administration fee, against a future retreat.

If you cancel your place on a course within three months of the retreat commencement date, no refund will be offered unless we are able to reallocate your place to someone on the waiting list, in which case we will refund all monies less an administration fee of £100.

If the reason for cancelling within three months is through ill health or similar, we will consider crediting you with an amount to set against a future retreat which will be the amount you have paid less any costs that we have incurred including a £100 administration charge. We will require evidence of the reason for cancellation, and the decision will be at our discretion. That credit must be used within 18 months.

In the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the retreat has to be cancelled by us, we will refund any fees paid to us by participants. Our liability is limited to refunding only our event fees, and not any additional costs you may have incurred.

We strongly recommend participants have adequate insurance to cover any cancelled travel or personal expenses, as we cannot make reimbursements over and above our cancellation policy.
